F&B / RESTAURANT SERVICE CREW

Job Responsibilities:

Providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests
To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally (e.g., topping of water etc.)
To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings

Job Requirements:

Secondary education
Min 1 year or relevant experience
Able to converse in English
Well groomed with a pleasant disposition
Warm, friendly and energetic
Co-operative and helpful with initiative
Customer-service oriented
Able to work 3 rotating shift, 6 days per week, 8 hrs per day (including Sat, Sun & PH)
