SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT (5 Days)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and create purchase orders
- Prepare documentations such as airway bill, letter of credit etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with supplier and customer
- Work closely with sales team to resolve delivery/lead time issues
- Provide after sales-service and work closely with customers in resolving quality/payment issues
- Support ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Preferably GCE ‘O’/Diploma holders with 1-2 years Admin/Accts experience
- Must be PC literate
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Pleasant disposition and hardworking with a positive mindset
Working hours: 8.30am-5.00pm
