SHOP MANAGER
Our Client is based in Brunei. It specialise in selling excavator spare parts and also spare parts for construction machinery. They are currently recruiting a Shop Manager to oversees their shops and store in Brunei.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing 2 shops and store
- Responsible for monthly stock check
- To present monthly sales reports to Managing director
- Needs to maintain relationship with customer and gather feedback aboutn products and service level
- To be held accountable for the goods in shop
- Responsible for any necessary purchase or stock in for any goods for both shop
- Needs to manage sales assistant
- Able to deal with difficult customers and handle any unforeseen situation
Job Requirements:
- Strong background and understanding in construction
- Knowledge about heavy machinery spare parts is necessary
- PC Literate
- Driving license is essential
- Strong command of Malay and English
- Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Welfare:
- 12 to 14 days of annual leave
- Accommodation and transport provided
- Allowance for petrol and phone bills
- No OT claims unless otherwise stated
